HomeCue

Your information

HomeCue privacy notice.

This notice explains how HomeCue uses information for reminders, local services and connected party invitations.

Effective October 13, 2026. Contact: admin@homecue.live.

Information used by HomeCue

Depending on the features you use, information may include your account identifier, name, email and phone number; home or service address and location searches; service requests, quotes, reviews and messages; photos you upload; professional profile and licensing details; invitation and guest information; and notification preferences.

We also process account sessions, device notification tokens when enabled, feature-usage records and operational information needed to run and protect the service. Some reminder preferences are stored locally on your device. Property searches may retrieve public-record information associated with the address you enter.

Why we use information

We use information to authenticate accounts, provide reminders and requested communications, match service requests with professionals, support conversations and invitations, review professional applications, respond to support requests and prevent abuse. We use operational and feature-usage records to understand and maintain the service.

Who receives information

Service-request details and contact information are shared with relevant service providers as part of the request and matching flow. Profile information and reviews may be visible to other users. Messages are available to conversation participants and may be accessed for administration or safety. Invitation links and event details are shared with the people you send them to; someone with a shared link may be able to view it.

HomeCue uses service providers for hosting and storage, Firebase authentication and mobile messaging, email delivery, SMS delivery where offered, address/property lookups and professional license verification. Providers process the information needed for those features. Apple, Google, calendar applications and other services you choose have their own privacy practices. Connected Party67 invitations may be handled by that service’s systems.

Notifications & device permissions

Notifications are optional. You can change permissions in device settings. Local notifications may be scheduled on your device. Remote notifications, where enabled, use a device token. Camera and photo access is requested when you choose to attach an image. Disabling a permission may limit the related feature.

Storage & retention

Information is retained while needed to provide the service, manage requests and accounts, handle disputes, maintain security or meet applicable obligations. Some information may remain in provider systems, operational records or backups after removal from the active service. Imported calendar entries and downloaded files are controlled through your device or calendar provider.

SMS messages

HomeCue offers separate, optional service and promotional SMS subscriptions for US mobile numbers. Marketing consent is not required to use HomeCue. We record your SMS choices and consent history and share your number and message content with Veevo Tech to deliver subscribed texts. Phone verification is handled by Firebase. Mobile information and SMS opt-in consent are not sold or shared with third parties for their own marketing. Message and data rates may apply. You can stop texts from Text message preferences or the settings link included in each message. Contact admin@homecue.live for help.

Your choices

You can edit supported profile and request details in HomeCue. Contact admin@homecue.live to request access, correction or deletion. We may need to verify that you own the account. Avoid sending passwords or verification codes. Deleting an app alone does not delete the account or previously shared information.

Children & sensitive information

HomeCue is intended for adults managing homes, services or events. Do not submit sensitive medical, financial or identity information in public profiles, messages or invitations. Contact us if you believe information about a child has been provided improperly.

Security & changes

We use authenticated access and encrypted network connections for supported service operations. No service can guarantee absolute security. We may update this notice as features or practices change; the effective date will be updated here.
